  • Message frequency varies with your requests and the assistance required. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Text messaging is optional. Consent is not a condition of renting an apartment or receiving services. You may communicate with us by telephone or email instead.

  • Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. We also honor other clear requests to stop, including requests made by telephone or email. You may receive one final confirmation message.

  • Text delivery is not guaranteed. Text messages are not monitored continuously and should not be used to report an emergency.
