Residences designed to make the everyday extraordinary.

We are a family-run real estate management company based in Downtown Manhattan. Our 11 building portfolio has something for everyone from new construction luxury doorman apartments to flex share options in one of our renovated tenement buildings.  Our properties are all located within 5-10 blocks of each other in the Lower East Side and East Village and they are all pet friendly. As our portfolio continues to grow our service and attention to detail remains the same. We offer a number of great amenities that help us to build a sense of community such as on-site management, monthly Tenant events, free gym access in most of our properties and friends and family discounts at our sister property The Hotel on Rivington to accommodate Tenants when friends are visiting.  As a small family-run business we aim to make the apartment rental process simple and we rely on our current and past Tenants experiences to expand our brand.

The East Village is a great place to call home – it is full of delicious brunch spots and I love taking walks through Tompkins Square Park.

The Lower East Side, sometimes abbreviated as LES, is a neighborhood in the southeastern part of the New York City borough of Manhattan, roughly located between the Bowery and the East River, and Canal Street and Houston Street. Traditionally an immigrant, working-class neighborhood, it began rapid gentrification in the mid-2000s, prompting The National Trust for Historic Preservation to place the neighborhood on their list of America's Most Endangered Places.

I love the LES because it is a very young and laid back neighborhood with a lot of different cultures.
